Morrison Homes recently had a grand opening celebration at its merchandised model home in Crabapple Woods. More than 80 area real estate professionals were on hand to tour the model, which was decorated by nationally known interior designer Kay Graham. The Coventry floor plan at Crabapple Woods is one of Morrison's most open and spacious plans, said a spokesman, featuring a dramatic entry area and a large owner's suite. Crabapple Woods, in the commuter-friendly north Kedron area in Peachtree City, features streams, private home sites, private home sites of up to one acre and a family atmosphere. The neighborhood is connected to Peachtree City's cart path system, which provides access to the Kedron Fieldhouse and Aquatic Center, Lake Kedron and the area's award winning schools. Homes are priced from the low $200's. To visit Crabapple Woods, take Ga. Highway 54 to Ga. Highway 74 west and travel approximately two miles to Crabapple Lane, across from Kedron Kroger. The neighborhood is one mile on the left. Crabapple Woods, marketed by the Home Source Realtors Builder/Developer Services, is open daily 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays 1 - 6 p.m. For information, call Sandy Bowers or Lynn Murphy at 770-487-3700.
