Southern Crescent Symphony to perform famous operetta

The Southern Crescent Symphony Orchestra will present a concert version of Gilbert and Sullivan's comic operetta "Trial by Jury" on Friday, May 21 at 8 p.m.

The concert will take place in the newly remodeled Ferrol A. Sams Auditorium. The program will also include a performance of Handel's Harp Concerto performed by Fayetteville harpist Jana Minter.

Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for students and senior citizens. Come out and support classical music in the county. It promises to be a night of culture and beauty.
