Local fighter to be main bout in Atlanta

Homer Givens, a boxer from Riverdale, will fight as the main bout at the Castlegate Hotel in Atlanta May 8.

Givens is a former Junior Welterweight champion, and was trained by Evander Holyfield.

Ticket prices range from $25-$100 in advance. Tickets can be purchased at the door on the night of the event, but to purchase tickets in advance, phone 404-290-1169. The Castlegate Hotel is off Howell Mill Road.
