Police have identified a suspect in a recent theft at a Peachtree City grocery store and plan to make an arrest this week, according to reports.

The suspect, unidentified at press time because the arrest had not yet been made, allegedly entered the Kroger at Kedron Village and removed a large quantity of over-the-counter drugs.

Among the cases under investigation at this time is a criminal trespass in the area of Bluegrass and Journey's End, where the rear window of a Ford F-150 was damaged by a thrown object.

An unknown person or persons started several small brush fires in the area of Morgan's Turn. Also under investigation is a theft from an auto, where several items were removed from an unlocked vehicle parked in the Windalier subdivision.

If anyone has information that would assist the Police Department in these or other incidents, phone the Criminal Investigations Division at 770-631-2510, or the Police Crime Information Tip Line at 770-487-6029. The caller may remain anonymous.
