"Life" Martin Lawrence and Eddie Murphy play two New Yorkers who get put into the Mississippi Correctional facility.Curently, the number one movie in America. Rated R.

"Analyze This" Billy Crystal plays a psychiatrist who assists a mob boss played by Robert DeNiro. It is supposedly very funny. Directed by Harold Ramis (Groundhog Day)Rated R.

"Baby Geniuses" This is the kind of movie that makes you wish that LA was swallowed by a great earthquake. Why did Kathleen Turner make this movie? You've fallen a long way,Peggy Sue. Rated PG.

"Doug's First Movie" A few years ago I would have been excited for this but without the voice talent of Billy West and having the show now run by Disney instead of Nickelodeon, Doug is wimpier than ever. Rated G.

"Ed Tv" Matthew McConaughey is Ed, followed endlessly by cameras as his life becomes a modern day Truman Show. Buzz is good, ticket sales are bad. Rated PG-13.

"Forces of Nature" Ben Affleck plays a soon to be married man who finds true love and happiness away from his fiance'. Rated PG-13.

"Go !" Director Doug Liman (Swingers) brings audiences this film about the rave scene. Lots of hot young actors and music. Rated R.

"The Matrix" Wow. This movie has everything. Great Action, strong cast erformances, a good story and amazing visual effects. See this film, it's the best thing out there right now. Rated R.

"Never Been Kissed" Drew Barrymore stars as a cub reporter going undercover in high school. David Arquette also stars. Rated PG-13.

"October Sky" A young, aspiring rocket scientist has dreams of being somebody special. Laura Dern and Chris Cooper star. Rated PG.

"The Out of Towners" Goldie and Hawn reteam in this remake of Neil Simon's classic. It's all about how horrible New York is, so it's a docudrama. Rated PG-13.

"Shakespeare in Love"

Will Shakespeare be able to complete his play, Romeo and Ethel, the Pirate's daughter ? Not if he can't find his muse. This film garnered 13 well deserved Oscar nominations. The acting, writing and direction are impeccable. Rated R

"10 Things I Hate About You" This is a movie based on The Taming of the Shrew by Shakespeare. Foodie and I checked it out and we enjoyed it. It is a nice, light film that makes you want to fall in love all over again. Rated PG-13.

"Twin Dragons " A Jackie Chan film made several years ago. It will bring the same amazing stunts though and laughably bad dialogue. Rated PG-13.

"Patch Adams" Some would say that laughter is the best medicine, I, on the other hand, prefer expert medical advice. The comedic genius Robin Williams stars. Rated PG-13.

"A Simple Plan" A plane crashes with a ton of money inside. Two brothers, Bill Paxton and Billy Bob Thornton make a simple plan of what to do. Rated R.

"Message in a Bottle" A woman falls in love with a man's message in a bottle. She tracks him down, using technology and DNA testing. If a man did that he would be arrested for stalking, when women do it, it's sweet. Rated PG-13.

"Office Space" Mike Judge, creator of King of the Hill and Beavis and Butthead, wrote and directed this live action film. It is uneven in places, but light, enjoyable fare.Rated R.

"Rushmore" One of my favorite movies of 1999. Bill Murray is excellent, as is the writing, direction and soundtrack. Rated R.

"The Corruptor" Chow Yun Fat and Mark Wahlberg star in this drama/action film about dirty cops and gangs in Chinatown. It was boring, and believe me, I wanted to like this movie.

"The Deep End of the Ocean" A little boy is kidnapped and then finds his family years later. He does not remember them and he learns to love them again. Though, it's only a dollar now, I still say wait until it comes to Lifetime. Rated PG-13.

"Wing Commander" This movie must be so bad. It came out a few weeks ago, with the new Star Wars preview, and then I never heard from it again. Stay away from this film, you and your children's children will thank me for it. Rated PG-13.

"The Faculty" A fun movie and a partial tribute to the alien invasion movies of the past, only this time the teachers are the pod people. Rated R.

"Saving Private Ryan" The award winning film about a platoon's rescue of a family's youngest son during World War II. Rated R.

"Blast from the Past" This is a film about a boy who grows up in a bomb shelter. He comes out in 1999 and finds Alicia Silverstone. Rated PG-13.

"Prince of Egypt" The story of Moses becomes an animated tale. It held my interest and stayed away from being overly preachy. Let your people go...see this. Rated G.
