Peachtree City-based Crown Andersen, Inc. announced recently that Tom Graziano became president of its Griffin Environmental Company, Inc. subsidiary in Syracuse, N.Y.

Crown's chairman, Jack Brady, said that Graziano is the most highly respected filtration equipment company executive in the U.S. and perhaps in the world.

As vice-president and general manager of Research Cottrell's Flex-KLeen filtration subsidiary in 1984, he took the business from two years of losses with less than $10 million in revenues to $25 million in revenues and $2.3 million in profits in 1990.

Crown Andersen is a manufacturer of engineered environmental and waste management products.

RESTORx recently named Fayette County High School graduate Vince Stuntebeck as its marketing communications manager. Stuntebeck will work in the company's corporate office in Tyrone and also do marketing for the company's new branch office in Columbia, S.C.

The company is a full service fire and water damage restoration and reconstruction company.

Stuntebeck most recently worked as a marketing and public relations intern for Trident Health System in Charleston, S.C.

Wm. Ronald Duffey, president and CEO of Peachtree National Bank, recently announced that Allan Payton has joined the company as vice president and commercial loan officer.

"The South Metro area is a rapidly growing market and Peachtree National Bank has a strong team of bankers to meet that challenge. Allan's banking experience and his involvement with the community make him a great addition to our team," Duffey said.

Payton has more than 16 years of banking experience in the area and is a graduate of the State University of West Georgia with a degree in political science. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Commercial Lending School at the University of Virginia.

Four representatives from Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty attended the Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty attended the company's International Business Conference in San Diego.

Owner and president Steve Bullard, relocation director Wanda Hughes, Susan Clowdus from the Henry County office and Nell Greene from the Fayette County office were among the nearly 7,000 sales associates attending the event.

Highlighting the conference was the launch of the Coldwell Baker Concierge program and its bold, new "I Am Coldwell Banker" advertising campaign.

The new program is a groundbreaking, value-added program targeted to the busy home buyer and seller.

The conference also featured information-packed educational courses and seminars which focused on helping brokers and sales associates continue to provide the highest level of service for their clients.

"The IBC gave us an opportunity to attend dozens of valuable seminars that featured some of today's most accomplished business authors and real estate industry educators," said Bullard. "Through these educational courses, we are able to polish our skills as real estate professionals and learn about cutting edge techniques and technology available to us.
