Real Estate professionals from The Home Source Realtors are furthering their professional education by earning the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation from the Georgia Association of Realtors (GAR). Karen Velbeck, Mary Ann Seward, Alice Nolley, Gail Hankins, Vanessa Fleisch, Jackie Begg, Carolyn Browning, and Roy Mathis attended a recent week-long GRI session at Callaway Gardens. GRI requires completion of 90 hours of classroom instruction on such topics as professional standards, sales and marketing, risk reduction, finance, and contract law to earn the designation. Approximately only 15 percent of GAR members hold the GRI designation. There are so many rapidly changing and improving facets of the real estate industry, and advanced education is among our priorities," said Tutt Larsen, The Home Source Realtors broker. "We are proud to be at the forefront of realty knowledge and professionalism."
