Just down Ga. Highway 74 in Peachtree City lies a virtual treasure trove for shoppers.

The Shoppes at the Galleries, located halfway between Peachtree Parkway and Ga. Highway 54, offers discriminating shoppers a choice of products without the hassle of driving into Atlanta and fighting the mall traffic.

Inside the Galleries, shoppers will discover 5,000 sq.ft. of shopping space featuring six different merchants offering a variety of products.

The merchants include:

· Personal Touch Finishes and Kedron Studio. Inside this store shoppers will find a complete selection of custom faux finished furniture and floor cloths. The store also offers classes in faux finishes and stenciling.

· The Secret Garden. Residents who love collectibles will enjoy this store. The Secret Garden offers Department 56 Christmas ornaments and decorations, along with Fitz and Floyd and Arthur Court products.

· Chula Vista Imports. Offering a wide variety of imported items, Chula Vista offers shoppers a selection of Talavera pottery, rustic furniture and wrought iron items. The store also stocks decorative pots, pewter accessories and glassware.

· Jennifer's Collections. Shoppers who love decorative silver jewelry will enjoy strolling through Jennifer's. The store also features decorative lamps, plates, covered boxes and other decorative items.

· Scrapbooks and More. Owner Christy Goedtke offers everything to create a memorable scrapbook, along with stamps and stamp pads and ribbon. Goedtke is getting ready to offer an Accu-Cut die center that will help residents make their own die cuts.
