Coogler-Aldridge

Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Coogler of Brooks announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter Julie Elizabeth Coogler, to Christopher Moreland Aldridge, son of Mrs. Leslie Aldridge of Albany, Ga.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Berry College in Rome, Ga. She plans to receive her Master's of Education in speech-language pathology from Georgia State University in August.

The groom-elect is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Fla. He is a captain with Atlantic Southeast Airlines.

The wedding is planned for April 3, 1999 at 2 p.m., at Fairview Baptist Church in Brooks.

Johnson-Donnelly

Jennifer Lynne Johnson and David Doyle Donnelly were united in marriage Aug. 21, 1998 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Peachtree City in a late afternoon candlelight wedding. Presiding over the ceremony was family friend the Rev. John C. Druding, assisted by Deacon Donald Kelsey.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. Patrick Johnson and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stalder of Peachtree City. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Rose H. Johnson and the late Gen. Louis F. Johnson of Augusta, Maine, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Linwood C. Miles of Stillwater, Maine.

The groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward A. Donnelly of Toronto, Ontario, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. McCarthy of New York, N.Y.

Music was provided by Ensemble pour deux with Kaylynn Davis on harp and Barbara Hood on violin/viola. The Ave Maria was performed by soloist Barbara Hood.

The bride, given in marriage by her fathers, Patrick Johnson and Robert Stalder, wore a Demetrois-designed silk gown, her paternal great-grandmother's opal engagement ring, and her maternal grandmother's onyx and diamond star bracelet.

The maid of honor was Miss Katherine Schindler of Winston -Salem, N.C. Bridesmaids were Mrs. JoAnna Dales of Grand Rapids, Mich., sister of the groom; Miss Linda Miller of Tampa, Fla., sister of the bride; Mrs. Shannon Johnson of Palmetto, Ga.; Miss Meredyth Grenier, Miss Iris Anderson and Miss Gina Carellas, all of Atlanta. The flower girl was Miss Anna Gray Sarcone of Birmingham, Ala.

The best man was Mr. William Harvey IV of Birmingham, Mich. Groomsmen were Mr. Charles Donnelly Jr. of Peachtree City; Mr. Mark Donnelly of Grand Rapids, Mich., both brothers of the groom. Other groomsmen included Mr. Sean Donnelly of Peachtree City, nephew of the groom; Mr. Patrick Johnson of Palmetto, Ga., brother of the bride; Mr. George Grego of Clarkston, Mich., and Mr. Walter Brockington of Detroit, Mich. The ring bearer was Master Peter Donnelly of Grand Rapids, Mich., nephew of the groom.

A reception was held following the ceremony in the Peachtree Ballroom of the Wyndham Peachtree Conference Center.

The bride is a graduate of McIntosh High School in Peachtree City. She graduated from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta in 1996, with a degree in child and adolescent psychology. She is a behavioral specialist with Hillside Children's Hospital in Atlanta. She is also a martial arts instructor with Martial Arts American in Peachtree City.

The groom is a graduate of Birmingham Brother Rice High School in Birmingham, Mich., and attended Los Angeles Broadcasting School in Los Angeles, Calif. He is the food and beverage manager at the Wyndham Peachtree Conference Center and is the owner of Peachtree City Mower, Inc.

Following a Caribbean honeymoon on the island of St. Maarten, the couple resides in Peachtree City.

Peay-Boland

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Scott Peay of Tucker, Ga., announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Kristen Leigh Peay, to Allen Haynes Boland, son of Dr. and Mrs. Joseph Boland of Peachtree City.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Ms. Frances B. Lewis of Bennettsville, S.C., and Ms. Virginia Peay of Dunwoody, Ga.

Peay is a 1991 graduate of Meadowcreek High School and attended Georgia State University. She currently works as a sales manager in fine jewelry.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Ms. Beulah Haynes of LaFayette, Ala.

Boland is a 1990 graduate of Auburn High School and is also a 1995 graduate of Auburn University. He has a bachelor's degree in management and information systems. He the president of AlSoft Inc., a software development firm.

The wedding will take place March 27, 1999 at 6 p.m. at Norcross First United Methodist Church in Norcross, Ga. A reception will be held at the Carlslyle House in Norcross.

The couple will reside in Peachtree City following a honeymoon to Negril, Jamaica.
