Home Source Realtors recently held its annual awards banquet to honor its outstanding real estate professionals.

Susan Fitzgerald, Kim Ryan-Smith, Julia Marfleet, and Wyvonnia Gorden were the company's highest producing agents for 1998.

Fitzgerald, with the Peachtree City General Brokerage division, garnered honors for most transactions and as top listing agent with a total of over $16 million in sales.

Kim Ryan-Smith, with the New Homes division, received awards for most transactions and highest dollar volume. She represents Centex Homes at Timber Lake and is the top Centex sales associate in Atlanta.

Julia Marfleet and Wyvonnia Gorden, from the Newnan General Brokerage division, were recognized for most transactions and as top listing agent, respectively. Marfleet's honor was impressive since this is her first year in the real estate industry.

"Our three divisions working together as a team produced a company record - more than $170 million in sales during 1998," said Larsen.

Other honorees included: Cynthia Cromartie, Most Valuable Player; Gail Hankins, Rookie of the Year; and Charlotte VanDeBurg, Achiever Award - Peachtree City General Brokerage division. Wendell Staley, Most Valuable Player, Tricia Topmiller and Rudy Fabre, Rookies of the Year; and Tricia Topmiller, Sales Center of the Year - New Homes division. Joyce Thornton, Most Valuable Player; and Linda Henegar, Rookie of the Year - Newnan General Brokerage division.
