Plans are under way for Camp Ivy's summer program for youngsters with Type 1 (insulin dependent) diabetes. The camp will be at the Calvin Center in Hampton, between Georgia state highways 19/41 and Ga. Highway 92. Dates are August 9-13, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Medical personnel will include a podiatrist and a dietician.

The cost will be $60, an increase over last year due to a rent increase at the Calvin Center Campground.

A sack lunch is required for each camper daily.
