Stars on the Southern Crescent, the southside coffee house, resumes operations at National Heights Baptist Church in Fayetteville Saturday, Feb. 27 . On the bill are Atlanta storyteller Connie Dodge and the Voice of the Southland Band, with additional entertainment to be announced. Audience members may choose from homemade desserts, a variety of coffees and teas, hot apple cider and cold drinks. Patrons are encouraged to bring their mugs from home for a discount on hot beverages and a chance to win the "Most Unusual Mug" award. National Heights is located between Peachtree City and downtown Fayetteville on Ga. Highway 54 and Old Norton. Doors open at 7:45 p.m., with the entertainment beginning at 8:15 p.m. Admission is $6 for the general public and $4 for seniors and children under age 12.
