Neil Wedewer, senior vice president/real estate finance of SunTrust Bank, will give his annual "Economic Forecast of the Midwest Georgia Region" at the Home Builders Association of Midwest Georgia's February meeting.

The meeting, scheduled Feb. 25 will be held at WhiteWater Country Club. The reception will begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner and the program.

Wedewer will present an economic update for Fayette and Coweta counties, a survey of Metro Atlanta, and a 1999 forecast.

Home Buyers Warranty and SunTrust Bank Atlanta will be the corporate sponsors for the meeting. First Citizens Bank, Home South Mortgage Corp. and Tucker Federal Mortgage, the current members of the 1999 Underwriters Club, will be given recognition at the gathering.

Members of the Underwriters Club assist with the cost of dinner meeting programs and receive recognition at all Home Builders Association of Midwest Georgia functions for the entire year.

The Home Builders Association of Midwest Georgia, which serves builders in Fayette, Coweta, Spalding, Heard and Meriwether Counties, currently has around 387 members.
