New Community-wide Bible Study to Begin Feb. 23

"Finding God," written by Larry Crabb, is the title of the new community Bible study beginning Tuesday, Feb. 23 at First Baptist of Peachtree City from, 9:30-11:30 a.m.

Popular Bible study leaders from various churches in the community will facilitate this study.

"Finding God" is a life-changing study which challenges participants to be honest in their pursuit of God. In today's psychological culture, we have become a people more concerned with solving our problems than finding God, according to study organizers.

Crabb uses a variety of stories and experiences from his own life to demonstrate that our deepest problem and worst sin is doubting God. When we doubt God's goodness, when we think that God cannot be trusted with the things that matter most, he says, we will quietly take over responsibility for our own well-being with disastrous results.
