Timber Lake, the Fayette community with a 59-acre recreation and amenity area, has reached a major milestone the sale of its 100th home.

The 100th homeowners, Dave and Debbie King, recruited award-winning home builder Richard Simms to construct their custom-built home in The Shores, one of four distinct neighborhoods of Timber Lake.
