Carolyn McCullough of Country Lake Realty is the newly-installed president of the Fayette County Board of Realtors.

Other new officers include Martha Hayhurst of Coldwell Banker Fulton Realty, president-elect; Julie Jackson of Century 21 Southern Crescent, vice president; and Mike Faulkner of Joyce Faulkner & Associates, secretary/treasurer. Beverly Mobley of Century 21 Southern Crescent is immediate past president.

Linda Nettleton of The Home Source is a local director and Women's Council of Realtors president. Other local directors include Haskell Burks, Prudential Georgia Realty; Kathy Murphy of Tri-City Realty & Mortgage; A. Ray Rogerson of Jerry Ballard Realty; Jo An Steele of Century 21 Southern Crescent; Dorothy Reinecke of Re/Max Results; and Michaele Gatheridge of Re/Max Results.

State directors are Karen Allen of Coldwell Banker Fulton Realty; Connie King of ERA Jo-Par Realty; Mike Robinson of Re/Max Results; and Mary Lee Mohrland of ERA Oak Manor Realty. Van Johnson of Re/Max Executives NE is Region IV director.

The new slate of officers was installed by Bob Disharoon at the monthly general membership meeting Thursday, Jan. 7, at WhiteWater Country Club. Disharoon, who is owner of Tri-City Realty & Mortgage, is a former president of of the Fayette County Board of Realtors and the Georgia Association of Realtors.
