installed as Governor of Women's Council Kathy D. Murphy of Tri-City Realty in Fayetteville was installed as the 1999 Governor for the Georgia Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors. Murphy, a 15-year member of WCR, has served as Georgia Chapter President and Fayette Chapter President. In addition, she has served on marketing, membership, budget and scholarship committees. An active Realtor in the Southern Crescent area for the past 16 years, Murphy is consistently a top sales producer at Tri-City Realty. Officers of the Women's Council of Realtors provide the organization service, cooperation and leadership.
