Kathy D. Murphy of Tri-City Realty in Fayetteville was installed as the 1999 Governor for the Georgia Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors.

Murphy, a 15-year member of WCR, has served as Georgia Chapter President and Fayette Chapter President. In addition, she has served on marketing, membership, budget and scholarship committees.
