New 'Lakeside' at Eagle's Landing
accepting reservations

Homesite reservations are now being accepted for Lakeside at Eagle's Landing, a new 130-home single family residential neighborhood on the eastern extension of Eagle's Landing Parkway.

Lakeside is being developed by Gary Anderson, who has been a premier builder in Eagle's Landing for almost a decade.

Part of the Eagle's Landing master planned community in the Stockbridge area of Henry County, Lakeside will be along the north and south sides of the parkway. Anderson's company, Oxford Homes, is the exclusive builder in Lakeside and is starting work in the next few weeks on what will be a furnished model home and 16 other new homes.

The homes in Lakeside will be priced from $140,000 to $240,000, and the architecture of the homes will be similar to those in the nearby Windsong at Eagle's Landing neighborhood. Marketing the homes will be Custom Community Marketing, whose representatives can be contacted by calling 770-389-9992.

Amenities planned for Lakeside homeowners include two tennis courts, a swimming pool and a community building.

A multi-use retail area is also planned along the parkway adjacent to Lakeside. The first project in this commercial area is American Century Bank, which is already completed. Soon to come is a day care center.

The Lakeside subdivision's location is also convenient to Hickory Flat Elementary School and the Publix Shopping Center.
