Housing codes to manage maintenance of older homes and businesses will be discussed again in a public hearing Monday at the Peachtree City Planning Commission meeting.

The commission meets at 7 p.m. at City Hall.

Other agenda items include conceptual site plans for AMLI Apartments at Kedron Drive and Ga. Highway 74. This complex of 217 units is to be developed on Eric Edee's property after a lengthy lawsuit with the city over a moratorium on multifamily housing.

Also scheduled for discussion are a proposed parking addition at Advantage Screw and Packaging Inc. on Hwy. 74; conceptual site plan for Richard Simms Office Warehouse on Fulton Court, and a landscape plan for the South 74 Sports Complex on Hwy. 74 south.
