* Deborah L. Neill is a new agent with the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Neill, who is a 1996 graduate of East Coweta High School, received her training through the MLS Training Institute. She competed the Coldwell Banker "Fast Start" and has 25 hours of post license training and 40 Coldwell Banker University credits. She is a member of the national state and Coweta County Boards of Realtors.

* Century 21 Southern Crescent of Fayetteville has recently awarded Julie Jackson Agent of the Month. Jackson is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors and is an Active Life Member of the Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club. She possesses GRI, CRS and LTG designations. In addition, she is a member of the Masters Club, Presidents Club and is a Centurion agent with Century 21. Jackson is past president of the Fayette Women's Council of Realtors. Jackson is a 19-year resident of Clayton County. She excels in new and resale property in Fayette, Clayton, Coweta, Henry and south Fulton Counties. * Bill Morris is a new agent with the Clayton county office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Morris, who is a resident of clayton county, received his training through the MLS Training Institute. He and his wife, Alicia Taylor Morris, have seven children and five grandchildren.

* Susan K. Clowdus has once again been recognized as Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's Agent of the Month Companywide. This is the ninth time in 1998 and the fourth consecutive month that she has received this monthly recognition. She is also a member of the "Communities 100" listing of Atlanta's top residential real estate agents. Clowdus attended Clayton State College, graduated with honors from the MLS Training Institute, and finished the Disney Institute of Customer Service and Floyd Wickman's "Sweathogs" sales and listing incentive program.
