Town hall meetings with U.S. Representative Mac Collins are continuing today and tomorrow in the Third District. The meetings will offer an informal setting to exchange ideas and information about legislative priorities in the coming year. Issues including national defense, education, health care, taxes and Social Security will be discussed. "Since the birth of our country, town hall meetings have given citizens and elected officials a great opportunity to share thoughts and provide input on how our government is operating," Collins said. "I look forward to hearing from constituents on the important issues facing our nation." The remaining meeting schedule is as follows: Jan. 13, 1:30 p.m. in Jonesboro.
