24: Moreland United Methodist Church has several events planned for Christmas Eve. The bell choir will perform at 6 p.m. and Christmas Eve service will be held at 7 p.m. All members of the community are invited to attend.

23-24: Bethany United Methodist Church has several events planned preceding Christmas. Dec. 23, the church will have a Living Nativity from 6-8 p.m. On Dec. 24, the church will host a Children's Christmas Eve party at 4 p.m., a Lighting of the Illuminaries at 6 p.m., and a Candlelight Communion Service at 8 and 11 p.m.

24: National Heights Baptist Church will have their Christmas Eve Candlelight Service on Dec. 24 at 7 p.m.

24: Peachtree City Christian Church will have their Candlelight Christmas Eve service Dec. 24 at 7 p.m. and 11 p.m. with carols and communion.

24: On Christmas Eve at 9 p.m., First Christian Church of Tyrone invites the community to attend a Candlelight Communion Service. The worship service will last approximately 45 minutes and will include carols. The church is located on 294 Jenkins Road, Tyrone. 770-969-7346.

24: Fayette Community Church located at 383 Fayette Place, will host a Christmas Eve Candlelight Service from 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Dec. 24. The public is invited. 770-461-1756.

24: Christ Our Hope Lutheran Church in Riverdale will hold Christmas Eve Services beginning at 7 p.m. with a Service of Rejoicing. There will be a reading of the Christmas story and singing of carols. Nursery will be provided. At 11 p.m., a Christmas Eve Candlelight Service will be held, where the Lord's Supper will be observed.

24: Braelinn Baptist Church will host a Christmas Eve Candlelight service on Dec. 24 at 3 p.m., 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Bring family for a time of Christmas carols, communion and candlelighting.

24: The Peachtree United Methodist Church will hold Christmas Eve service at 5 p.m. on Dec. 24. The Christmas Eve Candlelight Communion services will be held at 6 p.m., 8 p.m., and 10 p.m.

24: The North Fayette United Methodist Church invites the community to attend a Christmas Eve service at 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. The church is located at 847 New Hope Road in Fayetteville. 770-461-2409.

24-25: Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in Peachtree City has a number of events for the Christmas season. Dec. 24, 4:30 p.m. (nursery provided): Service of Carols; Dec. 24, 6:30 (nursery provided) and 8:30 p.m.: Candlelight Service Dec. 24, 10:30 p.m.: Candlelight Service with Holy Communion; Dec. 25, 10 a.m.: The Nativity Christmas Day Carols and Holy Communion (casual dress).
