The Fayette County High School Select Chorus traveled to Shorter College to perform at the "Feaste of Caroles" Dec. 6 and all of the FCHS choruses performed at the State Capitol Dec. 8.

The Fayette County High School Choral Department has announced their remaining holiday schedule:

* Dec. 12

Select Chorus will be singing in the Main Street Celebration at the Courthouse in Fayetteville at 11:30 a.m.

* Dec. 14

The annual FCHS Christmas Concert; which will be in the newly renovated Sams Auditorium. The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. and the program includes favorites such as "Joy To The World" and "Hallelujah Chorus." Select Chorus will also perform "Jingle Bells," "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas," as well as "Christmas Waltz" and "Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree."

* Dec. 15

Ensemble and Concord will be singing for the LaFayette Nursing Center at 5 p.m.

* Dec. 15

Select Chorus will perform for the Metro Kiwanis Club at 12:30 p.m.

* Dec. 16

Select Chorus will perform for East Fayette Elementary at 12:50 p.m.

* Dec. 18

All former Select Chorus members are invited to the annual reunion party at the home of Charlie Sheets at 7:30 p.m. Pick up directions at Dec. 14 Christmas Concert.
