* Linda Mitchell of Lindsey's Inc. Realtors was recently awarded the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation by the Georgia Association of Realtors. She received the award after completing 90 hours of classroom instruction, covering subjects such as contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction. Mitchell joins a select group of 90 other residential specialists in Georgia who have earned the designation this year.

* Gary Marshall, associate broker with Metro Broker Better Homes and Gardens, recently attended a two-day Better Homes and Gardens Southeastern Sales Rally in Atlanta. Marshall has been a Realtor in Coweta County for over 20 years. As a certified residential specialist, Marshall is in the top 3 percent of Realtors in the United States. He was selected into Who's Who in residential real estate in North America. He is a member of the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors.
