Large turnout for recent Realtor Open House
Approximately 100 area Realtors turned out for a recent
Agents Open House/Luncheon at River Trace, Wall & Associates'
45-home community on Jonesboro Road it the city limits
of McDonough.
River Trace, which just entered its final phase, has three and
four-bedroom homes priced from the low $120,000s. Only seven
homes and two homesites still remain on the market.
The homes in River Trace are located on spacious lots
which have sodded front yards. Interior features include large
master suites, garden tubs with separate showers, fireplaces with gas
starters. Each home has a large wooden deck or concrete patio, and
the outside walls are of low maintenance vinyl siding.
The community is located in the Henry County School
District and is only three miles from Interstate 75.
Ric McGuire of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's
Clayton office is the sales representative in River Trace and can be
contacted by calling 770-957-5799. McGuire is also handling sales
in another Wall & Associates community, Monticello, located
just down the road from River Trace. Only one home and one lot
are unsold in Monticello.
Lee Wall, owner of Wall & Associates, has been in
home building since 1968. The company has just started
King's Meadow in North Clayton County and is also building in
Stratford Glen in North Clayton County and King's Crossing in
North Henry County.
Sponsors of the open house event included Tucker
Federal, Walker Concrete and Georgia Power Company. Winners of
cash awards given as door prizes were Carolyn Feltman of Re/Max
Advantage, Kevin Robertson of Tara Properties, Fred McLean of
Re/Max Advantage, Bill Lemmons of Gramm & Associates,
and Angel Adams of Re/Max Advantage.
