John Wieland sweeps 'Best Home' category in 1998 awards ceremony
Award-winning John Wieland Homes recently took home
12 awards at the 1998 Professionalism Awards. The awards,
sponsored by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the
Sales and Marketing Council, are presented annually for major
achievements in building, marketing and remodeling experience.
Wieland swept the competition in the Best Home categories
winning all of the price ranges falling between $250,000 and
$450,000 and in some cases, winning both the Gold and Silver
recognitions. Wieland won awards for Best Home in Wieland's Fayette
neighborhood, Jefferson Woods, both Gold and Silver in the
$250-299,999 price range in Vinings Estates and Wellesley. The
other neighborhoods that won Best Home were Grand
Cascades, EastHampton, Chattahoochee Run, Berkeley Commons,
and Harbour Point on Lake Lanier.
In the area of design, Wieland was recognized for model
home excellence in two of his Gwinnett County neighborhoods
including Chattahoochee Run and Berkeley Commons. Wieland won a
total of four awards in the marketing category, including Best
Interior Design in the over $300,000 category, Best Sales Center and
Community Service.
