The children of Fayette County may have a cuddlier Christmas this year if Como Kim and her two sisters have anything to say about it.

Kim, along with sisters Maria Kim and Sarah Connors, are opening toys 'n toys this Saturday in the Peachtree Pointe Shopping Center. The store, located behind McDonalds, features a wide variety of stuffed plush toys to satisfy even the most discriminating child.

Como, who moved to the U.S. from Korea several years ago, got the idea to open the toy store from her brother, who lives in China.

"He has a toy factory in China and encouraged us to market his stuffed toys," she said.

Como talked with her two sisters and decided to give the business world a try. Como is a retired artist, while her sisters retired from the X-ray technician and insurance worlds.

"We're just three retired women with a dream," she said.

The store offers both retail and wholesale purchasing and even accepts orders for special designs and logos. With her brother supplying the cute stuffed animals, Como said she's ensured of getting the best prices to pass along to her customers.

The store is staging its grand opening Saturday and is offering a free gift to the first 200 customers. Regular store hours are 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. The owners have not decided regular hours for Sunday, but said they will definitely be closed on Mondays.
