The 1998 tour will feature five homes, four in Peachtree City and one in Newnan. Tickets are $10 per person and are available at the following locations: Pam's Hallmark (Fayetteville and Peachtree City); One Magnolia Lane, T. Buggs, Uniglobe Accent Travel, Atlanta Market Finds, and Wallpaper, Windows & More (Peachtree City); Collectors Corner (Sharpsburg); and Jan's Hallmark (Newnan). Homes on the Tinsel Trail include a large, European-style home in the Interlochen subdivision, overlooking Lake Kedron; a colonial home in The Estates that features entertaining with varied themes; a hilltop home in Interlochen with antique treasures from around the world and a touch of the modern with a high-tech office ready for the next millennium. Also on the tour are a single-story patio home designed for easy living, located in St. Simon's Cove, and a home that sits on White Oak golf course in Newnan, decorated as a Victorian delight filled with family treasures and Christmas treats. NNL Tinsel Trail chairperson Cheryl Pemberton said the 1998 event was planned to "jump-start Christmas with a delightful variety of beautiful homes." She said the tour times had been changed from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon because they "felt Friday was a terrible rush for everyone and adding Sunday would provide people the opportunity to leisurely enjoy these festive homes."
