This letter is written in reply to the writer who referred to Carolyn Fludd as a "tax-and-spend liberal Democrat."

Nothing could be farther from the truth. Carolyn's children have attended public school since kindergarten. She has been actively involved in their education by donating many volunteer hours.

She is currently serving as a PTA president and has served as a PTA treasurer.

She knows firsthand the many good, positive qualities of Fayette County schools. She also knows what needs to be improved.

Carolyn is running for school board because so many people have asked her to run. Carolyn listens and will do what is best for the children of Fayette County. We urge all voters in Fayette County to join with us in voting for Carolyn Fludd.
