The Courtyards offer affordable, family homes with amenities
Lucy Freeland and Joyce Cosby of Lucy Freeland Realty have
been appointed on-site sales representatives at The Courtyards, a
new community of patio homes in Newnan being built by
Meyer-Sutton Homes, one of South Atlanta's leading home builders.
Believing that these low maintenance homes will fill the
needs of families looking for upscale homes at an affordable
price, Freeland noted: "So far, the people who have inquired about
The Courtyards seem to agree with this assessment. We've just
started construction, and we sold several homes off the blueprints alone."
The new community is located on Shenandoah Boulevard
in Newnan, just south of Ga. Highway 34. The builder,
Meyer-Sutton Homes, will construct 80 homes priced from $95,000 to $105,000.
The community is within walking distance of the new movie
theater and bowling alley, as well as shopping and dining
establishments, and it is a short drive from White Oak golf course,
soccer fields, and other recreation facilities.
The unique two-bedroom homes were custom designed
by Garrell & Associates Inc. of Atlanta specifically for The
Courtyards. Three different plans are offered, including two ranch
styles and one two-story, and both one and two-car garages are available.
Special features include vaulted ceilings, formal dining areas,
living rooms with fireplaces, and large gourmet kitchens. Lush
landscaping and privacy fences are included as well.
The builder in the community is Meyer-Sutton Homes, a
firm whose principals have real estate construction and mortgage
banking experience spanning nearly 15 years. The company is also
building in The Vineyards at Eagle's Landing, Dickerson Cove
and Emerald Pointe in Henry County, and Legacy Estates,
BraeBurn at White Oak, and Wentworth at White Oak in
Coweta County.
