Metro South House Hunters Enthusiastic Over
Promotion From Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty and Ethan Allen
In an age defined by consumer preference toward value,
convenience and a focus on the home environment, Coldwell
Banker Bullard Realty hit the mark with its unprecedented Spring
1998 pairing with Ethan Allen.
The office's recent participation in the "Spring Into a
Beautiful Home" promotion proved a natural combination for
consumers in the real estate market.
Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation reports that the
promotion generated more than 160,000 entries from
consumers throughout North America. Of the consumer entries, an estimated
28 percent were interested in either buying or selling a home.
"As soon as we saw the high level of sweepstakes
entries through our open houses, office locations, and special events,
and through Coldwell Banker Online, we knew we were
creating new opportunities for all involved in the real estate
process," said Theda Bunker, who headed the Ethan Allen
promotion for Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. "While we didn't
have any prize winners from those who registered through us, we
are pleased to have participated in this exciting promotion and
to have offered the Metro South community the chance to win
Ethan Allen's elegant and beautifully crafted furnishings."
Mrs. Bunker said nearly 5,000 sweepstakes entry forms
were given out through Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, with
many of these being distributed from the company's booth at the
Chick-fil-A Charity Championship, the only LPGA event held in
Georgia. Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty served as Presenting
Sponsor for "Moving Day" at the recent tournament, which was
held at Eagle's Landing Country Club in Stockbridge.
Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, founded in 1956, is
headquartered in Jonesboro and has other offices in Riverdale,
Jackson, McDonough, the Eagle's Landing area of Stockbridge,
the Fayetteville/Peachtree City area, and Newnan. The company,
which recently announced the franchise agreement with Coldwell
Banker after operating for more than 40 years as Bullard Realty
Company, currently has nearly 225 sales associates.
Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation, a subsidiary
of Cendant Corporation, has 2,800 independently owned and
operated franchised real estate offices and nearly 62,000 sales
associates throughout North America.
For more than 90 years, Coldwell Banker has been
North America's premier full-service provider of real estate services.
