Pathway Communities, formerly Peachtree City Development Corportation, will conduct
the 14th annual Peachtree City Classic Tour of
Homes, Oct. 17-18 from noon-6 p.m. daily. The free
tour will highlight some of the finest homes and homebuilders in Peachtree City.
This year, the tour will spotlight Peachtree City's newest village, Kedron Village, and
will feature homes ranging from the $150s to over $300,000.
"This tour showcases a wide array of prices and home styles and represents every aspect of Peachtree City," said Elliott Stotler, Pathway Communities vice president of sales and

All homes on the tour are connected to the city's 70-mile cart path system and are conveniently located to shopping, entertainment, and Peachtree City's schools.
The tour begins at Blueberry Hill, located on Ga. Highway 74 and is followed by Crabapple Woods, located on Crabapple Lane (across from Peachtree Parkway), Kedron Hills, located on
Peachtree Parkway, Cottage Grove, Larkins Landing and The Point on Lake Kedron, located on Regents Park. The tour features furnished and unfurnished one- and two-story traditional and
turn-of-the-century style homes.
