Monster Trucks to roll in Woodstock this weekend

This Friday and Saturday The Carl Black Buick/Pontiac/GMC Dixie Monster Truck Nationals are coming to Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, Ga. The world famous Gravedigger and Bigfoot will appear as well as Carolina Crusher, The Beast and Gate Keeper. Each night there will be a monster truck program, a demolition derby, a burn-out contest, tough truck competition and a 4-wheel drive tug of war.

Admission is only $10 for adults on Friday, children under 11 will be admitted free. On Saturday, ad mission for adults is $15 and kids 6-11 are $7. All tickets are general admission and available at the gate.

Immediately following Friday night's events, there will be a pit party where fans are allowed to go down into the pit area and take pictures of the trucks and get driver's autographs. The gates will open at 6 p.m. both days and the first race will start at 8. Dixie Speedway is located one mile west of I-575 on Highway 92 in Woodstock, Ga..
