Builder/developer nominees
sought for achievement award

HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation and Property Data Systems are seeking nominations for the Lifetime Achievement Award to be presented at the Oct. 16 Atlanta Housing Summit. The award will be presented to a builder/developer who has had a great impact on the Atlanta housing market with significant long-term contributions. The nomination deadline is Sept. 25.

Criteria for the Lifetime Achievement Award are:

* The builder or developer must be deeply ingrained in the Atlanta housing industry (a minimum of 15 years).

* The builder or developer will have been instrumental in the development of at least five landmark communities.

* The builder or developer will have demonstrated a commitment to the community.

Nominations will be reviewed and the winner selected by a committee composed of executive management at HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation and Property Data Systems and real estate industry leaders.

The Atlanta Housing Summit is a one-day educational seminar at the Cobb Galleria. Scheduled speakers include Dr. Ronald Ratajczak of Georgia State University; Dr. Robert Siegel, president of Robert L. Siegel & Associates Inc. and publisher of the "Robert L. Siegel Letter" and the "Home Marketing Letter"; and Kay Evans of the HomeBanc Institute for Real Estate Study, who will examine and discuss trends in the housing industry.
