New Hope starts community women's Scripture studies
An interdenominational, community-wide women's Bible study called "Joy of Life" starts tonight at New Hope Baptist Church in Fayetteville. The 6 p.m. class is the first of "Joy Comes in the Evening." A Thursday study session at 9:15 a.m. at New Hope at Starr's Mills called "Joy Comes in the Morning." Session One runs Sept. 23-Nov. 19, on the Book of James. Sesssion Two, Jan. 13-Feb. 25, covers the Book of Esther, and Session 3, March 10-April 29, on Philippians. Cost of each session is $10, and child care is provided at Starr's Mill for an additional $10. To register call 770-460-4820. |
