Scarlett visits Millpond Manor
Millpond Manor, an upscale, custom home community characterized by its Southern charm, recently received a visit from Scarlett O'Hara. Actually, it was Patricia Topmiller of The Home Source Realtors greeting local real estate agents for an old-fashioned Southern luncheon. More than 100 realtors from Fayette, Coweta and Clayton counties were in attendance.

Attendees were entered in a drawing for prizes in keeping with the luncheon's theme. Mary Scheibler of Prudential-Pat Hicks Real Estate in Peachtree City won the grand prize, a trip to Charleston, S.C. Three other agents, Belinda Demarco of Century 21 Scarbrough in Tyrone, Mary C. Maxwell of Century 21 Mary Carr & Associates in Riverdale and Bob Moody of ReMax Allstars in Fayetteville won $25 gift certificates to Mary Mac's Tea room in Atlanta.

Millpond Manor is located near historic Starr's Mill and the new Fayette County school complex located on Ga. Highway 74. Homes are priced from the low $200s. For more information, call Mike Johnson, Millpond Manor sales associate, at 770-719-8718. Or visit the Millpond Manor Welcome Center, open daily 11 a.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday 1-6 p.m. (closed Thursday and Friday).
