Alex Heath has been named branch manager of Preferred Mortgage Source Inc.'s branch office in Peachtree City. He was formerly with The Travelers organization, working nine years with company offering services in insurance, investments and second mortgages. He also has one year of experience with a mortgage loan company.

Diane Yasinski has recently joined the marketing staff of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's Clayton County office. Yasinski, who has been in real estate 25 years, is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club and has received recognition from the National Association of Home Builders for her sales production.

Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty has recently added Stephanie Price to the marketing staff of the Fayette County office. Price received her training through MLS Institute and two and a half years experience in real estate.

Prudential Georgia Realty's Peachtree City office welcomed Bill Tuckey to its team of agents. Tuckey has 25 years experience in customer service and sales and worked as manager of a national company.

Julie Ashmore-Smith, Fonda Wilson, Margaret Gillaspie and Terri Kellerman have recently completed courses in the Graduate Realtor Institute Program in Savannah. The program provides a comprehensive curriculum in the areas of sales and marketing skills, business development, financial planning, legal and ethical issues, communication and presentation skills.
