Multiple builders named in construction of master-planned SummerGrove

Pathway Communities, developer of SummerGrove at Newnan, is pleased to announce the select builder group for the new master-planned community.

Elliott Stotler, Pathway Communities vice president of sales and marketing, explains, "SummerGrove will contain a wide variety of neighborhoods, each with its own story to tell. We have carefully paired each builder with the neighborhood which best suits their individual home style and price range."

Kenny Johnson and Prestigious Homes will be the builders at Hillcrest, a neighborhood of beautiful homesites bordering Pecan Park and near the SummerGrove Town Square. Homes are expected to be priced from the low $100s.

Morrison Homes has been named the builder at Knollwood, an enclave of 18 homesites adjacent to Pecan Park. This neighborhood will be priced from the mid $100s.

Lee Troutman Homes has been chosen from Hunters Creek. This neighborhood will have a natural theme and easy access to wooded space. Homes will be priced from the mid $100s.

Centex Homes and Morrison Homes will be building in the Woodlands, a neighborhood surrounding the three-fourths acre Village Green. Homes will be priced from the high $100s.

Richard Simms Homes, Chadwick Homes, Rivers & Son Construction, Rossetti Quality Custom Homes, Ruttinger Builders, Westar Builders and Construction Service Associates are the feature builders in The Overlook. This custom-built neighborhood is comprised of homesites of about one-half acre and will offer superb golf course and woodland views. Homes will be priced from the $200s.

Bob Adams Homes has been chosen to build in The Retreat, a neighborhood especially for empty-nesters. It will feature low maintenance homes with golf course views from the low $100s.

Chadwick Homes and Dixon-Alley Homes are the selected builders for Carriage Park. This charming, historically-themed neighborhood, complete with a crescent of homes facing Pecan Park, will be priced from the high $100s.

SummerGrove is a 1,500-acre master-planned community reflecting the charm of historic Newnan while boasting the very latest in technology and advanced home wiring system. The community will feature over five miles of walking paths which will wind through the community and lead residents to SummerGrove's 100-acre lake, and a wide variety of pools, tennis courts and community parks.

The SummerGrove Golf Club, expected to open next year, is being created by Jemsek Golf, one of the country's leading daily-fee golf course developers.

The entrance to SummerGrove is located at the intersection of Lower Fayetteville Road and Shenandoah. On-site Sales and Information Centers are now open. Follow the sign from the entrance. For more information, call 770-252-9000, or visit www.summer-grove.com.
