Book offers help for grieving spouses

For the more than a million Americans who annually survive the death of a spouse, a new book by Marta Felber may offer help to handle grief and everday challenges.

The book, "Grief Expressed: When a Mate Dies," is published by LifeWords Press in West Fork, Ark.

Felber is a writer and therapist with a large practice among bereaved spouses. The book chronicles her own struggles after the death of her husband, Joe and provides practical approaches for dealing with emotional impact as well as the myriad adjustments to everyday life.
