St. Andrew's in the Pines Episcopal Church in Peachtree City will offer a class on "The Faith and Practice of the Episcopal Church" starting Sept. 13.

Classes will be held at the church, 316 Peachtree Parkway, on Sundays from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. The instructional text is "Confirmation Instructions" by Father Herbert Young, former chaplain at Howe Military School in Indiana.

The Rev. Dan Brigham of St. Andrew's says the class is "an opportunity to explore the history and current life of the church for both members and inquirers alike." Call the church office, 770-487-8415, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to noon, for more information.
