Culinary Calendar
· Join Executive Pastry Chef David Ramirez of
the Reanaissance Waverly as he teaches his
"Pastry Made Easy" class. Students will learn how
to make desserts like Mississippi Mud Pie, Black Bottom,
Banana Torte and Mixed Berry Cobbler. Class will be Aug. 20 at
10 a.m. at the Peachtree City Kroger School of Cooking at 10

a delicious brunch including Apricot Danish, Sour Cream
and Pepper Muffins, Blueberry and Chive Scones, dried fruit and
seed Granola. Class will be at the Peachtree City Kroger School

· Join Kroger Schools Instructors for a lesson in
Euro-Asian Cooking. Students will learn to prepare delicious dishes
including Thai Spiced Shrimp Salad with Aisan Greens and
Pesto Dressing, Romaine and Roasted Beets with Creamy Bleu
Chesse Dressing and Lobster Rolls with Rosemary Ginger
Vinaigrette. Class will be Aug. 27 at 7 p.m. at the Peachtree City Kroger
