Millpond Manor makes ready for Phase II
Millpond Manor, an upscale community located near historic Starr's Mill, has recruited some of the area's finest home builders for the opening of Phase II of the community. Millpond developer, Pat Andrews, recently announced that AG Properties, ELM Construction Company, Mike Kruse contractor and McKinney builders will be the exclusive custom builders for phase II of the 85 home community. Andrews calls the builder group, "Some of the finest home builders in the Southern Crescent." She continues, "these builders coupled with Millpond Manor's family-friendly environment, help to make this one of the most sought after developments in the area." Millpond Manor offers one-acre homesites and an extensive amenity package. The four-acre amenity area features a swimming pool and cabana, tennis and volleyball courts, a covered pavilion and a playground. Homes at Millpond are characterized by a genteel, Old South character, with most homes featuring columns, porches and verandas. Sidewalks, cul-de-sacs and street lights also add to the community's neighborly feel. "Millpond Manor has the perfect balance of amenities and convenience," says Mile Johnson, Millpond Manor sales associate. "It offers countryside living in a location that is within minutes of Peachtree City and Fayetteville and the new Starr's Mill school complex." Millpond Manor is priced from the low $200s and the Welcome Center is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Sundays from 1 - 6 p.m. From Peachtree City, Millpond Manor is located on Highway 74 south of the new school complex. From Fayetteville, take Highway 85 south to Starr's Mill, and turn right on Highway 74. For more information, call Mike Johnson at 770-719-8718. |
