Letters from Our Readers
Please, Niki Smith, don't worry about what other people say about your lifestyle.
I am a working mother of two children and I will attest that staying at home with children is much harder work than
going out to the workplace.
I tell that to people every chance I get, especially the husbands of stay-at-home moms!
As a school guidance counselor, I am able to be at home with my children during the summers and other holidays. I
love being home with them, but is very hard work, and, believe me, going back to "work" is restful by comparison.
I applaud your choice to make the financial sacrifice to stay at home to raise your children. It shows that you value
your family more than the things money can buy. Not everyone thinks you're taking the easy way out.
