Ledges of The Ridge now in developmentFor the past year and a half, Russell Lands has been planning a unique series of Craftsman-style waterfront townhomes on Lake Martin in response to overwhelming requests and comments from customers. In response to these requests, Russell Lands is introducing Ledges at the Ridge, a hassle-free townhome product built in a beautiful setting with luxurious amenities where the owner is not required to maintain the exterior of the property or the grounds. Barry Coyle, an accomplished Atlanta architect, designed the Craftsman-style townhome. After developing this desired product and making a private announcement to our customers, we are pleased to announce that almost $13 million worth of property sold within an hour, according to Tom Lamberth, president of Russell Lands. Russell Lands has contracted with Simpson-Davis Construction of Birmingham to build these very unique homes for our customers. A few of the notable features include: a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath design, expandable to 5 bedroom 4 and a half bath; timeless Craftsman architecture with ample stonework; assigned boat slip provision; a waterfront pavilion; and use of a new Ridge swim/tennis complex. The entry to Ledges will be a stone bridge access from North Ridge to a narrow road meandering through mature pines and hardwoods following the natural topography of the Ridge. Our goal is to make the Ledges of the Ridge the finest development of its type in Alabama, said Steve Arnberg, broker for Russell Lands Real Estate. Ledges of The Ridge presents Russell Lands latest collection of custom-designed waterfront townhomes overlooking the legendary beauty of Lake Martin. Ledges of The Ridge is located approximately fifteen miles south of Highway 280 in Alexander City, on Highway 63. For additional information, contact Katherine Hancock at 256-749-0088.
