Holley named managing broker of Fayetteville office

Prudential Georgia Realty has announced that Merry Holley has been promoted from assistant broker to managing broker of the company’s newest branch in Fayetteville. She replaces Kathy Murphy, who was promoted to senior vice president of the Southern region for Prudential Georgia Realty.

A Georgia native and long-time resident of Fayetteville, Holley began her career with Prudential Georgia Realty. While a real estate agent, she posted several years of multi-million dollar sales volume. With her managerial duties, she has extensive experience training, coaching and mentoring agents.

A University of Georgia graduate, she has seen the importance of continually adding to her knowledge of the real estate profession. She earned her broker’s license, is a certified trainer with the Instructors Training Institute, and has earned her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Fine Homes designations. A Fayette Board of Realtors and Georgia Association of Realtors member, Merry currently serves on the Grievance Committee for the Fayette Board.
