New faces in new places in local real estate Stacy Dawson is now among the full-time real estate professionals with The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City. She specializes in residential real estate in Fayette and Coweta counties and surrounding areas. She is a Kentucky native and graduate of the University of Kentucky. Her family includes her daughter Allison, and they live in Peachtree City where she is a member of First Baptist Church. She brings extensive experience in information technology. Kelvin L. Gravett is a new sales associate with the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Gravett, who studied both real estate and appraisal at The Gaddy School, was formerly a member of the Kiwanis Club in Lanett, Ala. He describes himself as a big Braves fan and he enjoys hiking, fishing, hunting, and spending time and traveling with his family. A Coweta County resident, he is married to Laurie Gravett. They have two children, Taylor, 14, and Daniele, 11. Anne Jaeckel is now affiliated as a Realtor with The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City. She specializes in residential real estate in Fayette and Coweta counties and surrounding areas. A 12-year Fayette resident, she is a native of Pennsylvania and attended Pensacola Junior College in Florida. She has business experience in office management, education and sales. She and her husband Bob and children Tony, Michael and Tori reside in Peachtree City where they are members of Peachtree City United Methodist Church. She volunteers as a personal development coach and is active with the lacrosse program at Starr's Mill High School. Robert Lewis has joined the Melinda Buntyn Team of Re/Max Advantage. A native of Birmingham, he retired from the U.S. Navy after 25 years of service, most of which he spent working in finance and accounting. Ginger Mahlbacker is now a real estate professional with the Home Source Realtors Peachtree City General Brokerage office. She specializes in residential real estate in Fayette and Coweta counties and surrounding areas. She is a native of Atlanta's Southside and attended Georgia Southern. She lives with her husband Dan and children Erin, Joey and Conner in Fayetteville, where she volunteers with youth soccer, softball and baseball. They are members of Inman United Methodist Church. Deanna L. Newton has joined the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as a sales associate. Newton is a native of Fayette County, who lived in Henry County for three years and moved to Conyers three years ago. She worked with a real estate law office for 12 years as a closing secretary, a job which gave her knowledge of both the lender and the real estate sides of how to get a closing done. A newlywed who has two children, including a 12-year-old and a seven-months old, she is a member of Community Bible Church. Tresca Smith has affiliated with The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City. She specializes in residential real estate in Fayette and Coweta counties and surrounding areas. A graduate of the University of West Georgia, she is a Fayette native. A Newnan resident, she was formerly with Delta Air Lines Technical Operations.
