The other victim, Crystal Monique McDonald, 17, of 145 Winterberry Ridge Road, also in north Fayette County, was also seriously injured, though she is now out of the hospital, police said. Charges will be filed against Winston for failing to yield to oncoming traffic, Hay said. Her injuries werent as extensive as those to Thornton and McDonald, police said. According to the accident report, Winston was driving a 1995 Mitsubishi Mirage south on Ga.
