Bad Links? | SmartBodies turns 10 this weekSmartBodies Fitness and Wellness Center, part of the School of Health Sciences at Clayton State University, will celebrate their 10th anniversary on Saturday, Sept. 24 from 10 a.m.-noon. The facility offers a family friendly atmosphere for everyone ages 16 and up and residents of the Southern Crescent have put the facility to good use. The staff of SmartBodies is hoping that more people will discover their facility this weekend. All of the fitness instructors at SmartBodies have at least a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science or closely related fields and their Personal Trainers are all nationally certified. The facility prides itself on its relaxed atmosphere and the individual attention that members get. During the anniversary week celebration, members will be able to take part in free classes, receive free massages and water and juice. On Saturday, Sept. 24, there will be a community wide clebration with prizes, vendors and J93.3 doing a live remote broadcast from the event. SmartBodies offers top of the line equipment and a number of exciting and interesting classe. There are also a number of different membership plans for individuals or families to use.
