PCTC head to speak

David Gary, manager of the Peachtree City Tennis Center, will speak at Monday’s monthly meeting of the Peachtree City Recreation Commission.

Gary is expected to speak on the various activities that are ongoing at the center. The meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall.

The tennis center is owned by the city but is not operated by the Recreation Department. Instead, it is operated by the Peachtree City Tourism Association, a volunteer board appointed by the City Council.

The Recreation Commission is a volunteer board appointed by the City Council which reviews information and makes suggestions about recreation activities provided by the city.
