Bullard included in Coldwell Banker top rankings

Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, as well as five agents in the Bullard organization, received recognition from Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation for performance during the second quarter of 2005.

Steve Bullard, owner and president, was notified by Jim Gillespie, president and CEO of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation, that Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty was the No. 35 ranked affiliate company in Total Units and the No. 50 ranked affiliate company in Adjusted Gross Commission for the quarter. These rankings were from among 1,280 Coldwell Banker affiliate companies across the nation.

The oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta, Coldwell Banker Bullard has its headquarters in Jonesboro. The organization now has other offices in Griffin, McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, Newnan, and Conyers and the separate but affiliated Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers.

The company, which is the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Georgia, was listed at No. 13 in the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s most recent ranking of “Atlanta’s Top 25 Residential Real Estate Companies”.

The Bullard organization, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation a few years ago. Current President and owner Steve Bullard has been with the company for more than 30 years.
